Checking-In: Koha

1. Login: https://libstaff.chatham.edu
2. Select "Serials"
3. Search for Title
4. Click on Title (hyperlink)
5. Click on "Issues"
6. Copy most recent Arrival Data (exact syntax for consistency)
7. Click "Receive"
8. Paste data from clipboard into "Numbered/Issue" cell
9. Make necessary alterations using data from new issue, add cover date in the Published on (text) column, and select "Arrived" under Status
10. Click "SAVE" button underneath check-in table, & repeat from step 3 to check in another
11. Using Blue Sharpie, make a "C" in upper left hand corner of front cover
12. To Current Shelves in the basement (or place on reshelving shelf for student workers)
13. Place journals on "Ready for Shelving: Current Periodicals" shelf on bookcase nearest the door
14. At least Once a day take issues out onto the floor for shelving
15. Every other week check for piling up ...

Weeding / Discarding

REPORT: Missing on shelf

Serials Claims: Ebsconet

1. Login: https://www.ebsconet.com/
2. Search for Title under "Orders"
3. Select Title
4. Click "Claim this Order"
5. Select "Listed Issues Not Recieved"
6. Enter the information for "Volume/Issue Claimed"
7. Submit

unless otherwise indicated, issues will transfer to bound
   =to tech services (< 2 x the max before recycling, bound, archives or other)
