Pick Up in Person

You may pick up your JKM Library Holds and EZBorrow/ILLiad Items anytime the JKM Library is open. Our hours are available on our home page. For a calendar with daily hours, please click on the "Calendar" link in the header of the site.

Mail to Home Service

We will mail physical books and media to Chatham students, staff, and faculty who live more than 10 miles from campus and are not coming to campus regularly. However, if the item is due in less than 4 weeks, we will not ship it.

If you only need a chapter of the book or up to 10% of the work, you do not need to use this service. Instead, request your item through Interlibrary Loan.

Important Information

• Shipments are sent via UPS (sorry, no PO boxes).
• A pre-paid UPS mailing label will be provided for you to send the item(s) back to the JKM Library
• You are responsible for the item from the point at which it leaves the JKM Library to the point at which it arrives back at the JKM Library.
• The due date is the date by which it must arrive back - please allow plenty of time for shipment.
