Whenever possible, pick a public company to research. You will be able to find far more information on a public company than on a private company.

Is your company public? Public companies have ticker symbols, so just use your favorite search engine to search for the name of your company and ticker symbol. E.g.: coca cola ticker symbol.

Having Trouble Picking a Company? Try the following:

• To Login: Choose or search for Chatham or JKM Library.
• Click on "Companies" in the black bar across the top of the screen.
  • Click on Industry & Geography on the left side of the screen.
  • In the Industry options, use the arrows to drill down to the sector that interests you and check the box.
  • Click on the green "Show Results" button on the right side of the screen.
• Please Note: This list includes private companies, too. Click on the company name, and then in the colorful Key Stats section on the right, look for "Company Subtype" to determine if it is public or private.
