- The Jennie King Mellon Library of Chatham University's Shadyside Campus Parking Lot, right off Murray Hill Avenue, has two parking areas for people with disabilities, with ramps leading from the north to the JKM Library, and from the south, passing the Eddy Theatre complex.
- The Library has a wheelchair accessible ramp and an automatic door at the North entrance of the building.
- Upon entering, immediatly to the right will be the 24/7 computer lab for use after hours.
- During regular library hours, through the main entrance sliding doors, there is an elevator to the left of the reference desk, that goes to all floors, including the ground floor (basement), which has accessible restrooms.
- After regular library hours, you will have to use the restroom in the Eddy Theatre lobby, which has a building ramp at the south end of the Theatre lobby.
