How do I submit a request to view a student publication in the library?
When will it be ready to view?
How long will you hold it for me if I can't come in right away?

Request it

If it is available in print you will see the following button:

After that, you will be prompted to type in your email address, and then click the "Click Here to Submit" button

When will it be ready? You will be notified within one business day (24 hours) when it is ready. If you submit on Friday, it may not be available until Monday. These items are securely stored in the Archives and require special handling.

How long will you hold it? It will be held at the circulation desk for 7 days. If you need it after that, please request it again.

Policies 1) Patron must leave a valid Chatham ID at the Circulation Desk while reading the publication, listening or playing the media.
2) If requested more than one they can only be viewed one at a time.
3) Patron must remain on the main floor of the Library when using the requested item.
4) Duplication of tutorials, theses, capstones or dissertations (photographing, photocopying, ripping, scanning, screen capturing etc.) is prohibited without permission by the author.
