Send updated catalog (with new records and recent delections removed) to Discovery

1.Cataloging > Export Cataloging Data

2.Select Item types (hold Ctrl and select the following:

• Audio-CD
• BOOK
• Capstone (Graduate)
• Finding Aid
• Movie (DVD)
• Periodical
• Thesis
• Tutorial and Undergrad Capstone

3. Export bibliographic records

MarcEdit

4. Click on Downloaded File (MarcEdit will automatically open)

• 5. Go to Tools: > Select MARC Records > Delete Selected Records
• 6. Select Source File (file just downloaded) at the bottom of window
• 7. Select Search "By Field"
• 8. type 942$n1
  • wait for files to generate
• 9. Click Delete Selected button at top right
• 10. save as different filename
• 11. open and compile
