All student publications must be submitted to the library and will eventually be made available. If you do not want your student publication available immediately (because you are trying to publish it, obtain a patent, or similar), you can petition for an embargo. You will need to fill out the Petition for Student Publication Embargo form, obtain the appropriate signatures, and submit it with your print copy.
The Embargo form allows students to request to have their publication embargoed for six years, if approved. Students are able to request an additional six year embargo by submitting the forma second time. Barring embargo, all student publications have a record in the Library's online catalog.
