The digital screen outside the door (under the room number plate) can be used to determine if the room is booked for the day.

Wheeled Whiteboards:

• The wheeled whiteboards in Room 103 are not to leave this space.
• For specific requests about using the boards in other locations within the library, please email instructionalservices@chatham.edu.

Wheeled TVs:

• The wheeled TVs in Room 103 are not to leave this space.
• TVs have connections for VGA (with Mac adapter) and HDMI.

LifeSize Videoconference Cart:

• The videoconference cart is available for use, but only with Helpdesk assistance.
• To request assistance, please fill out a Helpdesk ticket at http://services.chatham.edu.
